How Your Birthday Shoot Works (4 Steps)
1. Consultation & Preparation
We discuss your wishes: Which style suits you? What outfits do you have? Would you like to book makeup? Don’t be shy – we provide comprehensive advice.
2. Shooting
You set the pace. We adjust the lighting, give gentle guidance – but above all, we let you shine. Music, good vibes, and a relaxed atmosphere are guaranteed.
3. Selection & Retouching
We review the images together. You choose your favorites, which we then professionally edit.
4. Delivery
You receive your digital images via email, your prints, and all shots on USB – forever in your memory.
Duration: 60–120 minutes, depending on the package – with plenty of time for changing, breaks, and of course, fun.
Tips for Your Perfect Birthday Shoot
👗 Outfits – From casual to elegant: Bring 2-4 different looks. A chic evening dress or suit, a relaxed outfit for playful shots – variety is good.
💄 Makeup – We work with professional makeup artists (optional booking). If you do your own makeup: go a bit bolder than usual – the camera loves contrast.
💇 Hair – Freshly washed and styled, but not too perfect. A slightly messy look can be very charming.
👓 Glasses – Anti-reflective lenses are a plus. If not, glasses can be removed for some shots – no problem.
🎈 Accessories – Balloons, birthday hat, confetti, personalized banners – all of these make your shoot unique. Feel free to bring them!
🍾 Sparkling drinks & snacks – For longer shoots (Ultra package), feel free to bring a little something to eat or drink. A glass of sparkling wine lightens the mood.
💡 Pro tip: Don’t schedule the shoot right after a big celebration the night before. Come well-rested – it shows in the photos.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Birthday Shoots
Can I come with friends or my partner?
Yes, absolutely! Our packages are designed for individuals, but we can also accommodate small groups (up to 4 people) upon request. Please let us know the number in advance
Do I need professional makeup?
No, it’s optional. Many clients do their own makeup. If you’re unsure or want an especially glamorous shoot, we recommend our partner makeup artists (prices listed in packages).
Can I bring my own accessories?
Absolutely! Balloons, confetti, personalized banners, hats, garlands – the more, the better. We have some props too, but your own make it more personal.
How many outfits make sense?
For the Basic package (60 minutes), we recommend 2 outfits. For Pro (90 minutes): 3 outfits. For Ultra (120 minutes): 4 outfits. You can bring more – we’ll decide flexibly.
Can I bring sparkling wine or non-alcoholic alternatives?
Yes, please do! For the longer packages, feel free to bring a small bottle. Please drink responsibly – we want you glowing, not tipsy.
How far in advance should I book?
Especially for weekends and holidays (New Year’s Eve, Easter, Christmas), we recommend 4-6 weeks lead time. For short-notice appointments, just ask – we often have last-minute slots.
What if I feel nervous before the shoot?
Totally normal! We’ve had many clients who were nervous before their first shoot. We create a relaxed atmosphere, play music, and guide you gently through the process. You’ll see – the nerves disappear after 5 minutes.
Can I use the photos for job applications or social media?
Yes, of course. You receive all images with a license for personal use, including social media and job applications. For commercial use, please contact us.
Do you offer gift vouchers for birthday shoots?
Yes, all packages are available as vouchers – the perfect birthday gift for friends, partners, or family members.
