1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, offers, and contractual relationships between PM Studios Photo Studio Munich (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers. Any terms and conditions of the customer that deviate from these shall only apply if the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Copyright & Usage Rights

2.1 Copyright

All content of this website – in particular texts, images, graphics, audio, video or animation files as well as their arrangement – are protected by copyright of PM Studios Photo Studio Munich. All rights reserved.

2.2 Reproduction & Use

The reproduction, distribution, modification or public reproduction of content (including excerpts) in other electronic or printed publications as well as their publication on the internet is only permitted with the prior written consent of the Provider.

2.3 Press Releases

The reprint and evaluation of press releases is expressly permitted provided the source is acknowledged.

2.4 Permissions

Permission to publish website content can be obtained from the management of PM Studios Photo Studio Munich.

2.5 Third Party Rights

Images, graphics, texts or other files may be subject in whole or in part to the copyright of third parties. All trademarks and trade names mentioned are without restriction subject to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention on this website does not imply that trademarks are not protected by third party rights.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

3.1 Content of the Website

The Provider has compiled and checked all information provided on this website to the best of its knowledge and belief. However, no guarantee is given for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, quality or constant availability of the information provided.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

Without prejudice to the provisions of § 675 paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the following limitation of liability applies to the information provided: The Provider and its employees are not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the information offered on this website. No liability is assumed for damages caused by computer viruses when accessing or downloading data or by installing or using software.

7. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship shall be, insofar as legally permissible, Munich.
